If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased through our website you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item we will provide you with a new one and will pay additional shipping costs. You can also get a full refund if you rather choose.
